The cleaning machine consists of loading and unloading, ultrasonic cleaning and rust removal, bubble rinsing, ultrasonic rough cleaning, ultrasonic fine cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, spray rinsing, immersion rust prevention, super fan water cutting, internal circulation drying, demagnetization machine, machine body, liquid storage box, waterway conversion system, automatic control system, cleaning agent purification system, mist treatment system, sewage pump and electrical control system.

There is a condensation device inside the equipment, which forms negative pressure inside the equipment to ensure that there is no water mist overflow. A car glass window is installed on the front of the equipment to facilitate the operator to visually observe the operation status of the equipment. After operation, the equipment is mainly pneumatic, with extremely low energy consumption and safe and reliable.

The transmission gantry mechanism adopts servo motors for translation and walking, ensuring response speed and control accuracy.

Installation method of the whole machine: foundation leveling installation.
